The Patagonia Baby Down Sweater Vest features a NetPlus® shell made from 100% recycled nylon ripstop from fishing nets. It's insulated with 700-fill down and packs easily for warmth in colder conditions.

The vest has a PFC-free DWR finish. The natural filling, in the form of duck and goose down recycled from down products, stays in place thanks to the vest's quilted construction.

The full-length zipper is secured with a wind flap. The side panel construction ensures a good fit. The model has two zipped pockets with flat pullers. The armholes are carefully sewn with elastic band. Inside there is an identification label - for several children.

More about thisall-season vest

The thin down vest is a piece of clothing that is useful all year round. Its durable nylon ripstop material makes the vest resistant to damage. Nylon ripstop NetPlus® is 100% post-consumer recycled, from recovered fishing nets, which helps reduce plastic pollution in the oceans.

We are proud to offer the Patagonia collection at Outdoor Kids - pioneers of responsible business practices! Patagonia was one of the first companies to adopt organic cotton, recognizing the damage pesticides were doing to the earth and made the revolutionary change in 1994.

The brand’s core value is to produce the highest quality products, because better products last longer, and the longer they last, the less new ones need to be made. Materials and manufacturing are carefully considered to ensure minimal impact from creation to disposal. Patagonia’s ongoing efforts to reduce and even reverse the impact of commercial activities are impressive. Investments in environmental causes and activism, sourcing reused, recycled and low-impact materials, fair trade certifications and initiatives to help other companies achieve higher levels of sustainability – Patagonia leads the way.

Still an independent global brand, using its increased influence for the greater good.
