The Patagonia Baby Baggies Jacket is designed for parents who want to provide their children with extra wind protection every time they leave the house. Made of durable nylon, it will cope just as well on the way to classes as on a forest trip.

This lightweight, recycled windbreaker is perfect for packing into your bag and taking with you wherever you go “just in case.” Or pair it with warmer pieces for a lightweight everyday jacket.

This lightweight windbreaker is made from lightweight, 100% post-consumer recycled NetPlus® nylon made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution.

More about this lightweight windproof jacket:

The sewn-in “hand-me-down” label means the jacket is designed to be passed on. Durability isn’t the only advantage of the nylon used in this jacket, though: it’s also eco-friendly, as the fiber is 100% recycled.

The jacket has a DWR hydrophobic impregnation that slows down its soaking. It is equipped with a detachable hood with elastic trim. The model is fastened with a zipper, which is finished at the top with a material that protects the chin.

Additional information

  • Protects against wind, sun and light rain,

  • We are proud to offer the Patagonia collection at Outdoor Kids - pioneers of responsible business practices! Patagonia was one of the first companies to adopt organic cotton, recognizing the damage pesticides were doing to the earth and made the revolutionary change in 1994.

The brand’s core value is to produce the highest quality products, because better products last longer, and the longer they last, the less new ones need to be made. Materials and manufacturing are carefully considered to ensure minimal impact from creation to disposal. Patagonia’s ongoing efforts to reduce and even reverse the impact of commercial activities are impressive. Investments in environmental causes and activism, sourcing reused, recycled and low-impact materials, fair trade certifications and initiatives to help other companies achieve higher levels of sustainability – Patagonia leads the way.

Still an independent global brand, using its increased influence for the greater good.
